Oat muffins with raspberries & banana

These raspberry & banana muffins are soft and spiced with cinnamon. A healthy and delicious morning treat!

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe mashed bananas
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 dl rolled oats
  • 1,5 tsp baking powder
  • 1,5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 dl milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 100g raspberries
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 g almond flakes

Preparation

Heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Whisk together all the ingredients. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper bake cups and divide the batter among them.

Bake for appox. 20-25 minutes.
