Oat balls with forest berries & vanilla

Ingredients

Approx. 12 pcs.

  • 150 g Medjool dates without pits
  • 75 g Berry Nice cereal mix (or rolled porridge oats)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 g freeze died berries 
  • 20 g coconut oil

Instructions

Place the ingredients in a high-speed food processor and process on high for about a minute until your dough is formed. Using a 1 tablespoon scooper, scoop out the dough and then roll between your palms to form your balls. Repeat until dough is gone. Store the oat balls by placing them in a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
