Oat balls with blueberries & banana


Approx. 14 pcs.

  • 150 g Medjool dates without pits
  • 75 g Happy Morning cereal mix (or rolled porridge oats)
  • ½ banana (ca. 75 g)
  • 5 g cacao


Place the ingredients in a high-speed food processor and process on high for about a minute until your dough is formed. Using a 1 tablespoon scooper, scoop out the dough and then roll between your palms to form your balls. Repeat until dough is gone. Store the oat balls by placing them in a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
