Oat balls with apples & cinnamon

Ingredients

Approx. 15 pcs.

  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 100 g Sweet Dreams cereal mix (or rolled porridge oats)
  • 35 g coconut oil or butter
  • 50 g apple sauce
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Instructions

Place the ingredients in a high-speed food processor and process on high for about a minute until your dough is formed. Using a 1 tablespoon scooper, scoop out the dough and then roll between your palms to form your balls. Repeat until dough is gone. Store the oat balls by placing them in a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
