Blackberry topping

A wonderful topping that tastes like summer.


100 g frozen blackberries

½ dl. cold water

1 tsp. sugar


The water and berries are boiled with a lid on for 10-15 minutes until the berries are soft.

Blend the berries and add the preferred amount of sugar until it has the taste you want.

Strain the puree through a fine mesh to remove the little seeds, before the puree is served.
