Banan med yoghurt & persille

This creamy banana puree has a delicious and fresh taste of parsley.

Ingredients

2 bananas

1 handful parsley

1 tbsp. Greek yoghurt (10 %)

Instructions

Rinse the parsley and blanch it in a small saucepan. Peel the bananas and blend them together with the blanched parsley and yoghurt all together.
