Baked plum with star anise

A delicious and sweet puree, which can serve as the perfect topping for your baby’s porridge or your dessert.

Preheat the oven to 175 Celcius degrees. Cut the plums into halves and core them. Læg

Add the plums and the star anise to a baking sheet.

When the oven is ready, bake the plums for 25-30 minutes until they are tender.

Take the plums and the star anise out of the oven and let them cool for a while.

Remove and discard the star anise and blend the plums in a blender until the puree has the preferred consistency.
