This delicious broccoli puree can be used as a meal itself or can be mixed with pasta or added as a topping to meat and fish meals.
- 1 broccoli
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh parmesan
- A little bit of lime or lemon juice
Set the oven on 175 Celcius degrees. Cut the broccoli florets into smaller pieces and add them to a baking sheet.Hereafter, cut the broccoli stalk into smaller pieces and add them to the baking sheet with the broccoli florets. Pour olive oil over all of the broccoli pieces and bake in the oven for about 15 until the pieces are tender. If the pieces still seem raw bake for another 5 minutes.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and add all the broccoli pieces to a food processor and blend for a couple of minutes until you have a puree. Finish by adding fresh parmesan and a squeeze of lime of lemon juice.
