3 medium carrots
Preheat the oven to 175 Celcius degrees. Peel the carrots and the mango and cut them into smaller pieces. Peel and core the apples and dice them.
Place carrots, mango, and apples on a baking sheet.
When the oven is ready, bake the ingredients for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and cooked.
Remove the ingredients from the oven and let them cool for a while.
Blend carrots, mango, and apple in a blender until the preferred consistency of the puree is reached.
